Charge students must have an approved financial aid agreement and a computer printout of their schedules in order to charge in the bookstore.


Normal processing time to award aid is approximately two weeks after a student submits FAFSA results and all required supporting documentation, such as tax transcripts, to the UACCM Financial Aid Office. During times when a high volume of FAFSA results are received (July –September), it will most likely require more than two weeks to award aid. Students’ aid must be awarded at least one business day prior to charging in the UACCM Bookstore.
