Diploma Information

The Registrar’s Office will not distribute diplomas at the commencement ceremony.  Each graduate will receive a diploma cover that contains a letter of congratulations from the Chancellor.  Diplomas are printed only after requirements are checked for all graduates, approximately 6-8 weeks after commencement. You will receive an automated telephone message when diplomas are ready and will be given an opportunity (a one- to two-week time-period) to pick up your diploma. Any diplomas not picked up during that time-period will be mailed to the address on file with the Registrar’s Office, so it is important that you keep your address and telephone number current. You can check this information on the My UACCM Portal.

NOTE: The Registrar’s Office will not release a diploma to any student with a hold on his or her account.
