We’re excited you’ve chosen to be part of the concurrent program at UACCM. As you begin this journey, all first-time high school concurrent students enrolling for the fall semester are required to attend Concurrent Orientation. (Please note: orientation is not offered for spring or summer entry.)
Concurrent Orientation is designed specifically with high school students in mind and will give you a clear, confident start as a UACCM student.
During your session, you’ll learn about:
- The support services available to help you succeed
- Academic expectations and important policies, including FERPA
- How to communicate effectively using college tools and systems
- What to expect in terms of costs, including tuition and textbooks
Students are required to attend with one parent or guardian, so everyone leaves with the same information and expectations.
