Open Enrollment Skills Training
We also provide general business/industry trainings as open enrollment so multiple companies can take advantage of the training opportunities; which is especially beneficial to smaller companies that may not have a large enough employee base to do customized training.
Workforce Training Center
The UACCM Workforce Training Center is a 53,843 square foot training facility housing classrooms, lab space in four of our high demand, high wage programs (Auto Service Technology, Welding, HVAC, and Industrial Maintenance and Mechanics Technology), a conference room, and Tyson Training Hall. Tyson Training Hall is an open-floor 5,000 square foot space with a 16-foot overhead door for easy access of bringing in large equipment for training purposes. UACCM Workforce Training Center is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver rated building and the first fully commissioned building on the UACCM campus.
A few other features of the training center are:
- 54 welding booths located both indoor and outdoor to mimic actual working conditions
- 11 auto lifts with center room for additional vehicles
- HVAC outdoor garden area housing approximately 30 units donated by our industry partners
- Three industrial mechanics and maintenance labs for classroom and hands-on learning to take place simultaneously

UACCM and the training center are conveniently located near I-40. Once on the UACCM campus, the workforce training center is located off Timberwolf Drive.
